DMS Re-Enrollment Checklist

Dear parents,

Thanks to the strength of our DMS community we made it through this challenging year together. We are so excited for everything next year holds: a full year of in-person learning, music classes, art classes, new gardening opportunities, our exciting fall festival, sweet winter concert, and everything else we do with our vibrant community.

To re-enroll for the 2021-2022 school year,  here is a short checklist of everything you’ll need to complete and return to the DMS Office by March 8, 2021:

• Signed Re–enrollment Form 

• Re–enrollment Fee of $200 per family

• Ten post dated checks or cc authorization form
   (The first tuition payment will be deposited on July 1, 2021).

• Signed Tuition Contract

• Signed Tuition Schedule

• Updated Immunization Records
