Desert Montessori School is a teacher-led Montessori school where decision making occurs democratically and through consensus.  All staff members take on leadership roles and responsibilities outside of the classroom, collaborating with colleagues and community members to support the positive growth and development of our school community.  Teacher autonomy and adherence to the Montessori method are highly valued in our school.  We look forward to welcoming kind, motivated, and collaborative partners to join our democratically led school.
